About Tim and Toni Bondy and Cobweb Marketing

Tim and Toni Bondy are the owners, operators, technical gurus, web designers and marketing experts that make up Cobweb Marketing. We live in Mountain Home, Idaho and are living “the dream”… almost. While we absolutely love living here we discovered the need to eat, pay some bills while making a living wage. This discovery gave us the opportunity to open up Cobweb Marketing.
Who/What is Cobweb Marketing? We are an active couple, in love, who compliment each other’s weaknesses in the technology, marketing, web design and field of living life in a simple and plain manner. We’re not old yet and we aren’t young either.
We have made one important discovery that may surprise the average person’s concept of “technology geeks”. We found that today’s technology can be (is) actually quite simple, clean and easy IF you allow it to be. We’re the tech geeks who have retired from “Geek Speak”.
We have lived a relatively long life, did things we shouldn’t have done and made lots of mistakes to get where we are. But this just means we have accumulated two life times worth of experience to put to work for you. We have studied those mysterious subjects like computer building/repair, marketing and web design. And to be totally honest, we are not the most knowledgeable, most hip or most trendy company out there. But we are honest in all things we do. And we are good.

I have known Toni for a long time. She has taught me more about today’s and yesteryear’s technology than I’ve ever leaned in the classroom. She “gets” a lot of coding I struggle with on a daily basis despite our chosen professional education. She has more artistic talent in her crooked little pinky than I will ever hope to have. She’s is tenacious and I have never known her to give up on a challenge, problem or a client.
But Toni does have her faults. She occasionally has trouble getting dinner on the table before 8PM. Once she gets into a project there’s not much that will drag her away. Her use of proper English has resulted in me calling her “The King”…you know all about the King’s English right? I have learned to live with the occasional chuckle, full belly laugh and the mockery as she proofreads stuff I write. And don’t forget about that crooked little pinky.

One thing you need to know about Tim right off the bat is that he’s honest as the day is long… unless his lips are moving. That was the first thing he told me about himself on our first date. He was a weatherman for 20 years and enjoys sharing the “insider” joke with people he meets.
Tim has been the laughter in my days for a long time now and I never get tired of listening to him discuss his “important issues”. They may not be issues you care about, but Tim is passionate about his interests and before you know it, you care about the issues right along with him! (It doesn’t hurt that he’s tall, handsome, witty and kind too.)
When it comes to computer technology he complements my style perfectly. He’s the logical one who thinks in a straight line and can figure out where I’ve missed a bracket in my code, where I’ve put my latest graphic files on my pc and when all things networking have my head in a fuzz he steps in calmly and “fixes it” for me. I’m the artistic one, he’s the the practical one. And it works!
And now for the fun stuff, the things Tim wishes I wouldn’t tell people about him. He’s a straight arrow (he likes to pretend he’s a wild guy who lives on the edge), he’s always honest, he doesn’t mince words when plain speak will do the job. Tim is a breath of fresh air when everyone else is wrapped up in memes and geek speak. He just doesn’t believe all that stuff is necessary and he likes the fact that he can pull back the curtain and teach people just how simple internet technology really is.
Tim is a teacher at heart and his heart is pure gold. He’s happy to sit for hours explaining intricate science to the science illiterate.
When my husband isn’t at his computer dreaming up yet one more cool website, he’s out on the back trails in the mountains and deserts of Idaho with our dog, Addie. I’m not sure who loves nature more, the man or the dog, but they both come home sweaty, dusty and ready to settle in for a good chat.
Thanks,
Tim and Toni Bondy
